A quiet boy who was 3 years for the first time in between to the dentist for check-ups and teeth cleaning.
A nurse with a very patient trying to start a conversation with him, but the son did not give any response.
When he finished cleaning your child's teeth, the dentist's nurse called to do a final check. dentist who was also pleased with the kids trying to invite him to speak:
"How old are you?", But the doctor did not get a response.
The doctor asked, "You do not know your age?"
Suddenly three little finger raised upward.
"Oh," replied the doctor, "And do you know how old that?"
Re-appointed three small finger upwards. Continuing verbal communication to occur, the doctor asked:
"You can not talk?"
Quiet little boy looked up at the doctor and said irritably:
"Doctor, you can not count it?"
